I've been taking pictures all my life. The first camera I ever used was my parents' Kodak disc camera in elementary school. I received my first real camera, a 35mm Vivitar, as a present from my parents when I was in high school. I used this camera for almost 18 years until my husband encouraged me to switch to digital. I now shoot with a Canon Rebel XTI and a Canon EOS 40D. I love photography. There is nothing like being able to freeze an image or an expression in time. I enjoy taking pictures of everything, especially my three children, my two dogs, my nieces, and my friends.
Last of all, a huge thanks to my husband, family, and friends who gave me the confidence to take my photography to the next level.
